Hi, we’re Sebagel!

(Pronounced Suh-bay-gull)

We started as a pop-up in and around Maine’s Lakes Region in 2024 before we opened our new HQ in Naples, ME (679 Roosevelt Trail) on Memorial Day Weekend 2025. We’re not open 5 days a week, Wed - Fri from 7am-1pm and Sat-Sun from 8am - 1pm! Check out our story to learn more about how we got here!

We do hand-rolled bagels in small batches using as many local ingredients as possible. Bagels are baked fresh each morning so be sure to grab some before they sell out. Any bagel you get from us will be less than a few hours old or, ideally, fresh from the oven!

Our bagels are a little crispy on the outside and chewy-yet-airy on the inside — like a good bagel should be.
